This journal is most of all about my journey to better health. I thought it might be a good idea to have a journal specifically for my health concerns, weight loss, endometriosis and all that kind of stuff. If you want a more personal look at my day to day life you can check out my other journal under the name Zoieangel. I would be happy to have you as a friend on both journals. I just felt this would be a more privat place to share my weight loss journey as well as my thoughts on endometriosis and stuff.
